     Our Port Arthur operation is fully staffed to provide professional services for inspection, sampling and testing of bulk commodities.

     SAI Gulf currently owns, operates and maintains one (1) J. B. Long mechanical sampling system located at Valero Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas.

     SAI Gulf operates a testing laboratory nearby in Texas City fully equipped to provide sample preparation and analytical services for dry bulk fuel commodities as follows:
