     The handling and transportation of dry bulk commodities will at times introduce challenges to the quality of the product.  Introduction of contaminates or size reduction are two of the most common.  These risks are controlled generally through the inspection of the cargo to note and document the quality as the commodity travels its journey from production to consumption.
